What are they doing at Oracle? You already cut about 21,000 people, borrowed $43 billion, spent $55.7 billion on the AI rooms, and then asked managers for another list before September 1 so payroll would shrink when the quarter opened. That's the sermon. The chips got the money. The payroll got the date. Spare us the AI headcount.
