Roaststation LLC is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with (spoiler: almost nobody), and what rights you have over it.

- Account: Name, email, password (hashed/encrypted)
- Purchases: Billing info handled directly by Stripe — we never see your full card number
- Communications: Messages, feedback, support requests
2.2 Automatically Collected
- Usage data (pages visited, time spent, features used)
- Device data (browser, OS, device type)
- IP address (analytics, fraud prevention, approximate location)
- Referral source and cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
3. How We Use Your Information
Create/manage accounts, process payments, deliver content, respond to support, improve the Site, send marketing (with consent), detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
4. What We Don't Do

7. Your Rights
All users: Access, correct, delete your data, opt out of marketing.
EU/UK users (GDPR): Right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object, withdraw consent, lodge complaints with your DPA.
California residents (CCPA): Right to know, delete, opt-out of sale (we don't sell), non-discrimination, correct.

8. Data Security
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access controls. Stripe handles PCI-DSS compliance. Hashed passwords. No method is 100% secure — we will notify you of breaches as required by law.
9. Children's Privacy
Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We'll notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Site.
