We use Printful for print-on-demand production and shipping. Every order is made on demand — your shirt did not exist before you bought it. This affects timing.

PRODUCTION TIME

All items are made to order. Standard production time is 3–5 business days from when you place your order.

SHIPPING TIME (after production completes)

USA: 3–4 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
World: 10–20 business days

These are Printful's standard shipping windows for our fulfillment regions. Express options are not currently offered.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking accuracy depends on the carrier — international orders sometimes go dark for stretches and reappear at customs. Be patient.

CARRIERS

US orders: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on weight and destination.
International: DHL, local postal services, occasionally other commercial carriers.

Printful chooses the carrier; we do not.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived 30 days past the expected delivery date, contact us at info@roaststation.com. We will work with Printful to replace or refund per their lost-package policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. We do not collect them at checkout. Your local customs authority will bill you separately if applicable.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Orders enter production quickly. If you spot an address typo, email info@roaststation.com within 30 minutes of ordering — after that, the design is in queue and the address is locked.

RETURNS

See our Return and refund policy for details. Print-on-demand items cannot be restocked, so returns are limited to defective items or wrong-item-shipped scenarios.
