Apple Asked the Court to Make Epic Settle
Epic did not consent. Apple asked the judge to order the meeting anyway.
You've got to be kidding, Apple. You missed the stay, filed the 15 percent ask, and then asked Judge Gonzalez Rogers to force Epic into a settlement conference Epic already refused. You want a meeting after you lost the pause and still called it constructive. That's the pose. The court is not your calendar. Don't start with a conference.
