Tim Robinson let the goal stand while Heggebø soaked in the moment. West Brom keep floating a keeper deflection that took 0.1 seconds. Heggebø denied the charge in front of the commission. The FA still slapped Heggebø with English football's first successful deception of a match official ban and a two-match sit-down. Heggebø celebrated that arm goal on the pitch like it was the cleanest strike of his life. Heggebø told them later it was never him.
The arm is still in the net at Carrow Road.
