You cannot be serious, Josh. The Commanders put $2.7 billion on a new roof at the old RFK site while DC puts $1.1 billion into the roads and the land goes for about a dollar a year. You called it the largest private check in the city. That's the costume. The dollar is the rent. Don't play us with civic landmark.
