Congress Held a Hearing to Learn What It Already Passed

Are you kidding? Congress wrote the freakin' bill themselves and then sat on C-SPAN for some 6 hours claiming they didn't know what was in them. You authored it, you funded it, and now you want a clap for discovering your own homework under the guise of helping the little guy. You're in it to get re-elected and suck on the teet of the American people. That's the costume. Don't insult us with the six hours.
