The United pilot on UA2023 left the PA open into Dulles. He called the flight attendants fucking morons. Two hundred fifty passengers got stuck hearing the United pilot lose it for seven full minutes on the Cape Town to Dulles descent. United's pilot had fifteen hours to figure out the hang up button. The seatback screens just sat there saying PA announcement in progress. The cabin crew on United apologized and nobody from the cockpit ever did. United's pilot started yelling they were morons because the attendants would not pick up the phone. He is the United pilot who forgot to hang the mic up. The guy running his mouth about morons left the entire plane on that live PA. The plane sat through United's live mic the entire descent. He never clicked the PA off.
